The Celebration Hotel is the backdrop for our celebratory beadwork retreat. This lovely resort hotel is situated on a lake in the middle of the quaint, charming town of Celebration in Florida. You will receive special attention and care since this is a boutique hotel with exceptional service and has a reputation for providing a quiet and refined experience. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable.

Accommodations
When making your hotel reservations request the rates we have negotiated for this special retreat. To ensure that you receive the special group rate, please identify the group name when making reservations. The Group Name is School of Beadwork. Executive Suite	Beautifully appointed one-bedroom suite, featuring a separate living area, wet bar and refrigerator. The bedroom features a king-size four poster bed. Town-corner suites have view of Bloom Street and the town; lake-view suites feature scenic views of the lake.	$399.00

GUEST ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME: Guest check-in time is after 4:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Rooms will be made available for check-in as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available with the Bellman for early arrivals. If you are attending the Bonus Workshop on Thursday and you are unable to check-in early leave your luggage with the Bellman until after the workshop.

PARKING: Overnight Valet parking is provided by the hotel for $13 per day. Guests that do not wish to stay overnight will be charged $8.00 per day. However, there is ample parking on the streets of Celebration so you can park in the town which is a short distance from the hotel if you prefer not to valet your car.

DINING: There are a number of dining opportunities in the Town of Celebration as well as inside The Celebration Hotel.

TRAVEL
The Celebration Hotel is located in the Town of Celebration, adjacent to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort, 1/4 mile east of Interstate 4 just off U.S. Highway 192.

Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away via the Greenway (417). WALT DISNEY WORLD® attractions are five minutes away, and Universal Studios Escape® and SeaWorld of Florida® are also close by.

Shuttle or Sedan Service from the Airport
Mears Transportation makes it easy to arrive into the Town of Celebration if you do not want to rent a car. Mears offers both a Shuttle, which is a ride share, or a Sedan service from the Orlando International Airport. The shuttle from the airport is approximately $19.00 one way or $32.00 round trip. The luxury sedan is another option which offers Meet & Greet in the baggage claim. This transportation option is approximately $80.00 one way. You can make your reservations online to reserve your transportation in advance at the Mears Website.

Airport Directions
Take 417 (Greeneway) South and exit to Celebration Avenue. Turn left off the exit, and proceed to first stop sign (Sycamore Street). Turn left on Sycamore Street to first stop sign (Front Street). Turn right on Front Street. Follow the road around the lake to the Celebration Hotel, which will be on your left.

Florida turnpike North (from Miami)
Exit Turnpike at Osceola Parkway. Take Osceola Parkway west to International Drive. Turn left (south) on International Drive to first light at U.S. 192. Turn right on U.S. 192 to first light and turn left at Celebration Avenue. Proceed to Sycamore Street, left to Front street. Follow the road around the lake to the Celebration Hotel, which will be on your left.

From I-4 West (from Orlando)
From Orlando Take I-4 West (Tampa) to exit 65 (Osceola Parkway East). Go right at second light. (International Dr. South) At first traffic light, go right. (192 West) First light, left. (Celebration Ave.) Follow Celebration Ave to 4th stop sigh (Campus St.) Turn left and follow around to CELEBRATION HOTEL, which is on the right.

From I-4 East (from Miami)
Exit 62 (World Drive/Celebration Blvd.) bear right then turn left on Celebration Boulevard to Campus Street. Turn right on Campus Street. Proceed down Campus Street, which will become Bloom Street. Continue on Bloom Street, Celebration Hotel will be on your right.
