To reserve your space in this event, complete the registration form and submit your tuition deposit. The registration form is in Adobe Acrobat format and you will need the free Acrobat reader in order to launch the link that allows you to print the form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free, just click the Acrobat Reader icon on the left sidebar.

You will receive a confirmation letter by mail or email verifying your reserved space in the event after your registration form and deposit are received. You will receive a Pre-Event Information Packet before the event. We look forward to seeing you!

You can pay by check, money order, VISA or Mastercard. Please make checks payable to School of Beadwork.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve a space in this retreat a $200 deposit is required of which $100 is nonrefundable if you decide to cancel. For cancellations from September 2, 2009 to September 27, 2009, fifty percent (50%) of the total tuition will be retained. There are no tuition refunds for cancellations 45 days prior to the event. Registered spaces are transferable. School of Beadwork encourages students to obtain Cancellation and Travel insurance. Lodging cancellations must be made directly with The Celebration Hotel.
